htc ocndugl cant do poweradapter operations

USING POWER ADAPTER TOOLS TAB phone doesnt reflect commands by program yet program reports work done
simunlock and super cid android 8.0 cant downgrade use same procedure but still phone doesnt respond
tried flashing firmware frm support flashed succesfully but still same issue not fixed
