i need help with my z3x box. yeaster ok .now fail to open

1. yesterday show same error"can not find card"
2.after i try many times. it opens after then
3. but today, i try to open again . it show same error "can not find card
4. what can i do for this error.driver problem?
5.or pc problem? the other software all ok
