help been a while I since I used this box..i try to update its firmware to be able to use it in latest software version but this problems occurs..

Box firmware version: 1.07.
update needs 1.24 but im always in 1.07
I used windows 7 32 bit and windows 10 pro
but nothing seems to work..
I already open the box and heat its smaller ic
pls help me solve this problem
