zte unlock needed

hi team i have 3 zte phones to unlock here
all is qualcome but software connot unlock this models

i have zte n9136
zte z851m
zte z812..

all this phone i connected in ftm mode
if this phones are supported via adb
i will try to root
im afraid trying to root this models is so hard
and sigma will only say rhis model is not supported..
