I have unlocked many of this model however it fails about half the time. This is what happens:
I plug in the powered-off phone with battery. Diag Port appears in Sigamkey. I select it (after choosing model) and click 'Direct Unlock'.
The program stalls on 'Connecting..', then it errors out showing 'Error opening serial port'.
At this point, the phone has changed from Diag Port to 'Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader' in my drop down.
What is going on ?
