How to use contact extractor after read entire eMMC? [Answered]

Hello team!!


I susesfully connect g530h to medus pro box and read entire emmc, now i try to use content extractor and pictures apear to be all damaged, also, cannot load or save any sms, only contact.db files.



Any sugestion on how to recover data, contact and sms button are both disabled?? :confused:
