HTC Bolt to Evo Enable LTE | XTC 2 Clip 1.37

Is there a way to enable LTE after conversion?
I'm only getting fastest HSDPA...

Bolt bands:
3G bands HSDPA 850 / 1700(AWS) / 1900 / 2100
4G bands LTE band 2(1900), 3(1800), 4(1700/2100), 5(850), 7(2600), 12(700), 25(1900), 26(850)

Evo bands:
3G bands HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100
4G bands LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 20(800), 28(700), 38(2600), 40(2300), 41(2500)
