i got motorola xt1921-5 sprint i put phone on qcom mode from keys i press power an volume down and select qcom but computer dont reconize phone, i try install drivers many times without success phone on connections menu shows there is no usb connection but on screen battery is charging, any trick to connnect this phone, phone is on android 8.0
i already reset phone
put phone en bptools
put phone in factory mode
and computer dont reconize it on any way
