How to flash J727T1 with FRP LOCK ?

How to flash J727T1 with FRP LOCK ?
I get tablet with Custom Binary(BOOT) Blocked by FRP LOCk
Try to flash COMBINATION_ZTO_FA60_P585MUBU1AQC2_ZTOFAC_CL888227 4_QB13032847_REV00_user_mid_noship.tar.md5 and get error.
