I have U11 life that needs imei repair. Phone has android 8.1.0, security patch level 1 october 2018.
- I'm using 1.37 version tool
- I have done "bootloader unlock"
- I have done "copy files to clip"
- when I try imei repair, clip detects phone as android 7.x , even though phone has android 8

Note: Can't connect with server to check if a new version of special recovery file is available!

Do I still need recovery file even for XTC 2 tool 1.37? if so which file in support? for android 8 or android 7 ?
