Ls777 zv8 unlock,i get test points connected,qualcomm port [Solved]

I JUST BOUGHT MEDUSA AND ACTIVATED, I AM TRYING TO USE JTAG TO WRITE CARRIER FILES AND MODEM...WHEN I CONNECT JIG AND USB TO TO BOX AND PHONE RESPECTIVELY,I GET QUALCOMM PORT BUT AFTER I TRY TO CONNECT I GET THIS ERROR AND DEVICE WONT CONNECT...PLZ TEAM I NEED HELP:confused::confused::confused::confused:
