status: imei is corrupted...

when i connect to pc, this unit will auto restart...
drivers are already installed...for seconds it detects in sigmakey as ADB interface port...but it does not hold on because phone will restart and restart
can you give me tip in dealing this problem...
it does not restart if i dont connect to pc...i can manage to browse whereiver i go
