Samsung tool pro program damaged

hi i have z3x box with samsung tool pro was working normaly until yesterday stopped suddenly working and tells me program damaged if i open 2G tool it opens normaly i tried to put the card external card reader same thing no solution reinstalled a clean version downgraded software changed card drivers nothing worked
