sc-01h network unlock code blocked

i got a sc-01h for unlock, its in android version 5.1.1 sc01homu1apg1, it says invalid sim card and tells network unlock code blocked, i tried to root with kingoroot but its not root, if i get the unlock code from using server how can i unlock, its not asking for code, help needed to unlock
