I have 3 Blackberry passport SQW100-1 need to remove BB Protect.
First two went well. Not the third one. First two was in BB OS 10.3.2.
When I try the third one. Always fail at download OS file. It's downloading Blackberry passport SQW100-1 OS 10.3.3.1435. I try four times. Every time it fail at 80%. Shows "80%: Fail damaged or corrupted. " I have screenshot but upload picture fail.
