Flash Problem U11

Good morning all
So ... device:u11
was with US firmware ( i wanted EU )
so i did like this:
Unlocked BL - OK
Downgrad so i can SuperCID - OK
superCID - OK
Changed Model - OK
Now i have a problem. I cant flash nothing except custom ROM

Allways error 14

Any Help ? Thank you in advance
