I just received I9100 to repair hanging on Samsung logo. I am anticipating that a full flash (software repair) will fix this. My problem is that the customer has photos of a very sentimental value (early pictures of her baby). My question is " can I save pictures?"
I am thinking if I flash all but " user data" I may be in with a chance?
Can any one offer advice?
