How to replace EMMC

I have a few doubts

1.- If I change an EMMC Skynix for a Samsung or vice versa, what backups should I have from the old EMMC to be able to put it on the new one?

2.-What backups should I have for a Samsung device and what backups should I have for an LG?

I ask these questions because I searched the forum and I could not find this information.
