Huawei id p9 plus

Hello
I have a huawei vie-al10 p9 plus with huawei id... not frp....
So i read to huawei id i i have to enabled manufactor mode by emergency call..
but when i press the *#*#2846579#*#* dont pup up the hiden menu.
by fastboot i get this

Removing FRP lock...Done
Restarting phone...OK

BUt huawei account stays on...
