How do I activate Authenticator Chimera Support

I just received my Authenticator with a Pro License from GSM SERVER

I created a New Account then Go to Click on Authenticator I keep getting

Login Failed card does Not have a License Please contact the Support team or your Reseller

GSM SERVER is closed on Weekends I have no way to talk to them Is there anything you can do Chimera???
