I HAVE ZTE Z835 PHONE its locked to at&t us network there is a model listed in sigma software but when i connect the phone software didn't detect the phone ? i am using windows 10 and i have the unlock code was order online but when put non supported sim in the phone , phone doesn't prompt for the unlock code i have no idea why ?
