hello support latetly samsung samsung S9 SD , S8 Exynos also Note 8 , i dont know if its happening with other models but after updating to android 9 with other CSC code phone looses signal (baseband dont appears)
if you flash back to android 8 all works fine .. this had happend with about 5 models that have come to my shop
i have try to flash with home csc
normal csc
combination modem
full flash with pit
nothing seems to help in this case , the only way to fix this is to downgrade to android 8 , if you update thru ota ..it looses signal again (no baseband show)
for example

was and S9 after update firmware to android 9 same thing happends
