[HELP] support file download speeds

Hope everybody is doing fine, i have a quick question about the download speeds of the files via torrent. on average it always download at 200kbps im lucky if i get 500kbps stable for a few minutes.

is there a way to increase the download speeds? or everyone download at these speeds?

i always use torrents because sometimes i had download errors via browser
