long story short.
one of our clients came today alleging that his phone was re-locked again, we unlocked it 2 months ago (feb 25 to be precise, as shown by the credits history for our box ) but when I try to unlock it again it is asking me to pay yet again.
I can't check our past logs since we had some troubles with our pc and had to completely wipe it 2 weeks ago, we changed our windows system (from 8.1 to 10)
is there something you guys can do?
