Huawei Mate 10 Pro general issue

Hi, everyone! I wanna claim that Chimera tool makes me trouble one more time (again)
Today I receive a Huawei Mate 10 Pro for unlock, before I accept the job I check that model is supported or not in the web, and yes, is supported. But now, I'm trying to do jobs and just obtain fvcking error "INvalid challenge"
So, I send the phone to a friend that have sigma and he unlocks it in one minute or less.
Why, Chimera team? I'm losing money because tool is not working properly with supported models and there's not updates that fix issues.
