i cant upload firmware for fastboot flash huawei dig-l03

hello, i downloaded many versions of firmware to flash a huawei DIG-l03 in fastboot mode, this phone is stuck on logo and dont boot , when i try to upload the firmware in the folder icon only it seems loading but nothing else happens.
