SM-G935S Network Issues

Hi,

This handset cannot connect properly to 4G.

Downloaded an app to force connect to 4G but once this handset uses 4G only, the phone no longer receives any incoming calls nor make calls.

It looks like this happened after the Jan OTA.

Would appreciate if there is a tool for this or any ideas to resolve please.
