I was trying to unlock a J337V for a customer, but the unlock was unsuccessful. the log says it's unlocked but the phone is still locked. I tried it a few times all the same result. then the customer took the phone, still locked, and I'm 24 credits short. How do I go about getting a credit refund? Thank you.
