z3x do not open the tool

i have a problem with my box because it's not open the tool.

when i try to connect the box with usb cable, the led are power on, but after few seconds the are off and if i try to open the samsung tool, the result is "card not found"

i've tried to change usb port and i've tried to unistall and reinstall the box but not work
