i've a samsung a3 2016 (a310f) blocked by Agent
i've tried to perform an hard reset from recovery but don't work.
i've tried to activate "developer options" but is impossible to activate it. (impossible to activate debug and/or oem unlock).
i've tried to flash root but it's fail, on the phone there is "blocked from oem lock")
how i can reset this phone?
