G930f bit4 Unlock

I have an S7 G930f Android 8.0
Baseband version G930fXXU4ESB1
Build number G930fXXS4ESC3
Security patch 1 March 2019

It is also network PUK locked - to many attempts inputting the incorrect network code...

Z3X tool version can't read codes or root it, on both XP or Windows 7.

Any idea's how to Unlock it safely, as it's not my handset but a friends.
