board firmware is not loaded

hello sigma team, I have a problem, I'm trying to recover a p10 vtr l09 I'm loading the firmware board but the tool doesn't load it because?

I also tried to reinstall the sigma tool but nothing, I'm using the SKF file in the past I used it and it worked great
