Its possible use and micro SD (Class 10) as emmc?

I want to reprogram an Micro SD as emmc to solder it in to a phone without emmc (just an experiment)

I have medusa pro, a lot of emmc and boards in my new work
we want turn on an G532 with micro sd card, i know it have all the necesary pins to use with medusa but i have no idea how to start
