Medusa EMMC programming

Have program MTK EMMC several time with Medusa. After boot, cid and EMMC geometry configuration, I selected write firmware to CPU based on scatter file.
Afterwards no partition found
When fix the EMMC to the pcb and flag with sp flash tool with format all+download
Error; enable dram fail
