P9 PLus no boot why?

Hello i have a vie-l09 that i flash with another tool and he boots.
but i when i flash the file update.app with sigmakey the boot dont boot but is detected with adb bootloader by the pc

I dont know if is missing costum file or something but the phone now wont boot but is 100% software.
