I successfully repaired imei on Huawei buy it doesnt navegante 3g only 2g

I have successfully repaid a imei on Huawei mate 10 Lite so now I can make calls but o cannot navigate on 3g
How can I solve this problem?

This has happened to me In lots of Huawei phones
