ive noticed that OEM option is missing after flashing almost all files available @ Z3X server even with combination files ..[OEM is required inorder to RooT ] since patch cert need rooted device.

1 Flash stock firmware.. then hard reset phone[or reset all after flash]
2Enable developer option [u will see no OEM option}
3 Go to date and time settings disable automatic time setting then manually change back date 8 days before[example if date is 12 march to 5march]
4 connect to wifi then go to software updates and check for updates[do not update]
%go back to developer you will see OEM not active[then enable it]
{i think this OEM guide on some models too without that option on developer]
