N910T 6.0.1 android version: N910TUVU2EQI2. error on RESET MSL. please help

how to reset MSL on this phone? please help.
I already root the phone and when I try to CERT install it gives me error 2 ( need to reset MSL first )

but when I reset MSL it gives me error (1)
