samsung j610fn unlock ?

hi every one i have samsung j610FN i wanted to unlock ?
the phone v is J610FNXXU1BSDE_J610FNOXM1BSDE_ROM_9

is it supported to unlock or not ? and i must downgrade it to 8.1.0 or no need for that ??
