XTC 2 power adapter not found please help

Dear team hello

Just got my xtc 2 power adapter yesterday

connect it to pc ... connect it xtc2clip box

But software says... power adapter not found...

I am using windows 10 64 bit

I installed adapter drivers... but still nothing

What am I doing wrong??

Please help me
