relock bootloader without "relocked" notice

I understand that changed "relocked" in the bootloader back to "locked" is possible only with S-OFF.
Is it possible using PowerAdapter and XTC2CLIP to achieve temporary s-off and to be able to lock bootloader again? and/or, wouldn't it be good if just had this option from GUI? to lock bootloader?
