S8 G950F locked screen MDM

Hi there,


i got an issue with a S8 G950F with pattern lock, which display " MDM Factory mode doesn't allow factory reset" when i try to remove in Recovery mode,
and Download mode doesn't work.

Does anyone have a solution ?
