Losing money and customers!
This issue came up when another user was using the computer z3x is installed on, and they required Vmware for their personal use, they also installed some other usb tools but didn't tell anyone else that they did so.
Some of these tools they were trying to use conflict with Z3x, like VMware usb drivers, usb aggregate server etc.
Another person then needed to use z3x, and they were trying to do app unlock, z3x reported usb sniffer tool, and the other person uninstalled one tool but not all and tried to unlock again, they didn't realize VMware was the issue and kept trying locked out Z3x from all server access.
Currently have credits locked to this card!

How do I get back the server use of my z3x??
Please reactivate or tell what steps must be taken to regain acess, thank you
