problem with unlock TMB phone J327T1

hi to respected team

this day i was trying to unlock this phone using z3x soft

operation was stopped by me in reading phone data because i have noticed that my port is high to 1000 and i try to reduce it

now 10 credit gone and unfortunatly no log i cant find log operation in C:\Program Files\Z3X\Samsung\SamsungTool\Logs directory

all what i have is imei and serial number for z3x box user name for my account

no my phone remain locked and when i try to start unlock operation again software ask for 10 credit

please team check this

if needed i can give serial number of box and imei of phone
