Direct eMMC Connectivity Problem in Medusa Box Pro... Please Help Team

I'm Try to Connect 6-7 eMMC But Connection Problem....
CLK, CMD, DATA0, 1.8v, 2.8v & GND Connection very Well But Connection Problem... Some time Suddenly Connect But eMMC info showing wrong..
Then when I disconnect & Reconnect then no connection...
What I Do ?
