Huawei Y7 TRT LX3 Network unlock fail

Hi team and members!

I have Huawei y7 2017 locked to tigo network
Is there any possibility to unlock with sigma to use any sim gsm simcard worldwide.?

I tried but sigma say not supported using latest setup.

Please add support for this model.
