I saw some peoples having trouble unlocking the latest security and my last post wasn't clear enough I suppose.
Note: Both The firmware and unlocking proces work for J700T1 too
1.First download and flash this 6.0.1 file from z3x server
J700TUVU3AQC3_J700TTMB3AQC3_TMB.ZIP
the firmware is the one highlighted with yellow which is displayed on the picture below.

2. After downgrade hard reset the phone and flash this CF root

3.Now your phone is rooted unlock using z3x.
the firmware works for metropcs J700T1 so no worries just flash it.
