Hi, I'm new to unlocking but need some help here. Installed Z3X box and software, running Samsung Tool Pro v31.1
Phone is in download mode and Samsung drivers are installed - Samsung Mobile USB Modem is showing in device manager.
My problem is that whatever I try to do the software says it can't find the Samsung modem. I've checked the help section and nothing in there tells me what to do if this occurs.
The only COM port I have showing is COM3 USB Serial Port and nothing under the ADB part (something else I'm having problems with!)
I'd appreciate any help you guys can give, Thanks
