Alcatel Ot-2001x read phone code done by usb

I used micro usb cable (not rj45) and connect to port usb on sigma box

Serial port : MT625A/6260/6261 USB (autodetect)

usb on laptop show error:

or
Speed settings error, please set lower speed value
