Put phone in download mode and hit "Reset FRP/React/EE" on first attemp it will put phone into device Error Firmware update (Smartswitch Mode)
Re do "Reset FRP/React/EE" and phone will boot normally and FRP is off...
Make sure device is J710FQ because you can flash J710FQ with J710F firmware
